What you will do

  • Source creators, contact them and activate them for projects and missions
  • Monitor creator performance and follow up on missed requirements with feedback or retraining
  • Coordinate projects and workflows so deliverables are accurate and on time
  • Handle escalations and operational issues through to resolution
  • Investigate fraud and risk cases and act when needed

  • Experience with Google Sheets data work: filters, formulas, pivot tables
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and execute autonomously
