What you will do

  • Find creators, get in touch and bring them onto projects and missions
  • Check creator output, chase missed requirements and give feedback or retraining
  • Run projects and workflows so deliverables land accurately and on schedule
  • Resolve escalations and operational problems by investigating them to the end
  • Work with other agents and cross-functional teams to keep operations running
  • Look into fraud and risk cases and act when needed
