About the role

A virtual volunteer role helping a private sector membership body strengthen impact measurement, governance and program delivery through practical mapping and evaluation tools.

What you will do

• Build an institutional mapping matrix of Canadian chambers, boards of trade and industry associations whose programs match partner prioritie
• Benchmark best practices and revenue models such as fee-based advisory services, sponsored upskilling cohorts and membership tiers.
• Create a partnership roadmap and outreach strategy for joint initiatives, trade-readiness programs and grant-funded projects.
• Develop monitoring and evaluation tools including impact mapping, beneficiary mapping and outcome harvesting.
• Advance governance frameworks that streamline operations and strengthen reporting.
