Outbound Logistics Coordinator

About the role

A new role in a customer supply chain team, taking approved orders through to carrier pickup with accurate data and clear communication.

What you will do

• Move approved customer orders through to completed carrier pickups
• Confirm pickups by email with carriers and follow up on time
• Complete routing steps inside customer portals
• Keep shipment details current in NetSuite templates
• Send out daily pickup summary reports
• Track missed pickups to resolution and update stakeholders
