Outside Sales Representative

About the role

A hunter position with no desk work: most of the job is face-to-face prospecting, demos and installs at client sites. Pay depends on hitting quota.

At a glance

What you will do

• Start conversations with restaurant owners and business owners at warehouse club locations
• Book and run in-person demos at client restaurants to show how the POS and online ordering tools work
• Use product knowledge to turn leads into long-term customers through consultative selling
• Install systems at client sites and train staff so the setup runs smoothly

What they look for

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years in a quota-driven sales role where you sourced your own leads
• 2 years of cold calling and prospecting
• 2 years generating leads independently
• Flexible schedule and reliable transportation
• Valid, unrestricted US work authorization with no current or future sponsorship

Nice to have

• 3 years of sales experience
• Spanish fluency
• Comfortable with technical tools
