Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Sell point-of-sale and commerce solutions to restaurant owners in a field-based, hunter role, working from retail locations and client sites to close new business.

What you will do

• Start face-to-face conversations with restaurant owners to uncover needs and pitch tailored solutions
• Schedule in-person appointments at client businesses to demonstrate the value of the platform
• Use product knowledge to educate prospects on POS systems and online ordering and convert leads
• Install systems at client locations and train staff so integration goes smoothly
• Travel across the assigned area and work with retail partner locations to reach restaurant owners

What they look for

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a quota-driven sales role where you sourced your own leads
• Proven success in cold calling and generating leads
• Availability for weekend coverage with two weekdays off
• Valid and unrestricted work authorization without need for sponsorship

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree or military experience
• Ability to design strategies that grow pipeline and revenue
