Paid Social Specialist (Meta Ads Specialist)

About the role

Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns for a varied roster of clients. The role combines hands on campaign work with client communication and technical tracking setup.

What you will do

• Build and run advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager across more than 25 accounts
• Write ad copy, choose imagery and keep account structures performing well
• Analyse performance data and present detailed reports and recommendations to clients
• Agree campaign goals, audiences and budgets with clients and check targeting, links and ad quality
• Install and configure Meta Pixels through Google Tag Manager and resolve tracking or data issues
• Set up custom conversions and build custom audiences from pixel data

What they look for

• Three to four years managing Facebook advertising campaigns
• Expertise with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite
• Experience running Meta ads for multiple clients at once
• Skill in tracking setups, web traffic analysis and audience engagement metrics
• Strong project management and close attention to detail
• Analytical ability to base campaign recommendations on data

Nice to have

• Familiarity with other digital channels such as Google Ads
• Proficiency with HubSpot or a similar CRM
• Knowledge of Asana or similar project management tools
