Partner Development Manager

About the role

Own the full journey of new partners, from finding and qualifying them through certification to their first real activation as a managed customer or qualified referral. The role helps shape a partner program that is still being defined.

What you will do

• Source and recruit promising partners through applications, referrals, research and nominations
• Score candidates against an ideal partner profile before committing time to them
• Keep a working list of roughly 40 to 60 partners in active cultivation
• Sort partners by segment, specialization, ideal customer profile and delivery model
• Guide partners through certification, onboarding and packaging a concrete offer
• Drive each partner toward a first measurable activation such as a referral or opportunity

• A genuine builder mindset and appetite to shape a new program
• Comfort running a structured, self-paced activation pathway across many partners at once
• Ability to judge when a partner should graduate, move to automated nurture or step back
• Strong skills in qualifying and segmenting partner prospects
