Partner Technology Architect

About the role

Act as the main technical advisor for a set of regional managed partners, helping them grow through pre-sales expertise, joint planning and adoption of AI-first solutions.

What you will do

• Lead joint business planning that aligns partner investment, industry focus and go-to-market priorities
• Advise partners on practice growth, specialization and readiness for AI-enabled offerings
• Shape solution strategy so partner offerings fit high-value industry workflows and customer outcomes
• Run technical discovery, executive briefings and demonstrations that speed partner-led deals
• Champion AI-first design covering intelligent workflows, automation and agent-based use cases
• Coordinate with solution engineers and other architects to move partner offerings from concept to scale

• Ability to translate platform and AI capabilities into scalable partner solutions at architectural level
• Strong workflow fluency across CRM, IT, security and business services domains
• Experience leading technical discovery sessions and executive briefings
• Skill at linking solution strategy to measurable outcomes such as efficiency, growth and time to value
• Ability to coordinate across internal specialist teams for a unified partner experience
