Partnerships Coordinator

About the role

Keep the partnerships engine running day to day, from operations and advisor sales support to campaign assets and performance reporting, on a small remote team.

What you will do

• Run partnership operations including orders, month-end reconciliations, invoicing and briefs
• Build repeatable workflows, keep documentation current and automate routine tasks with AI tools
• Produce partner decks, one-pagers and performance updates
• Support the advisor platform with inbound sales materials and meetings
• Create campaign assets such as graphics, short videos, co-branded emails and social content
• Track partner revenue and volume and refine reporting across channels
