Grow a professional conferences program and source enterprise training hackathons at large established companies. The role is outward facing, turning early conversations into repeatable partnerships.
What you will do
- Find and pursue professional conferences where the organisation can add value
- Source enterprise hackathon opportunities at large established companies
- Lead outbound outreach to conference organizers and corporate decision-makers
- Pitch the program, negotiate participation and close signed agreements
- Own relationships from first contact through delivery
- Work with internal teams to set each engagement up for success

- Experience in partnerships, developer relations, events, community or conferences
- Comfort building a pipeline and creating momentum from an early-stage program
- Strong relationship building with organizers and corporate stakeholders
