Draft and prosecute patents in artificial intelligence, machine learning and software, working with inventors and clients nationwide from a fully remote position.
What you will do
- Draft and prosecute patent applications in AI, machine learning and software
- Work with inventors and technical teams to capture complex innovations
- Handle US and possibly international prosecution matters
- Answer office actions and shape prosecution strategy
- Analyze technical and legal issues to build patent portfolios
- Coordinate with attorneys and clients on protecting emerging technologies

- Three or more years drafting and prosecuting patent applications
- Ability to grasp and explain complex technical concepts
- Strong legal writing, analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
