What you will do
- Answer new patient inquiries by phone, text, email, web forms and social media during working hours.
- Track all incoming leads in GoHighLevel and keep communication timely and consistent.
- Hold consultative sales conversations about patients' goals, concerns, timelines and budgets.
- Explain treatments clearly and discreetly, discuss pricing, handle objections and negotiate within guidelines.
- Convert qualified inquiries into booked consultations and follow up with leads who have not booked.
- Reactivate past patients, confirm consultations, and keep pipeline notes and provider handoffs accurate.
