What you will do
- Coordinate daily work with external payment integrity vendors and business partners
- Support rollouts of audits, recovery projects and operational improvements
- Track vendor metrics, service agreements, recoveries, savings and milestones
- Prepare reports and presentations for leadership, committees and partners
- Keep policies, procedures, workflows and program documentation current
- Facilitate communication across claims, finance, compliance, provider relations and IT
