About the role

An early-career finance operations role supporting daily payment workflows, reconciliation and reporting, working with internal finance teams and external banking partners.

What you will do

Process domestic and international payments, checking details and authorizations
Investigate and resolve payment failures, chargebacks and discrepancies
Document workflows, flag inefficiencies and propose automation opportunities
Make sure transactions follow AML, KYC and internal control policies

What they look for

A degree in finance, accounting, economics or business
Two to three years of experience in a comparable role
Experience with payment processing and bank reconciliation
Comfort working to tight deadlines with high volumes
Proven attention to detail, shown through reconciliation, auditing or data entry work
Fluency in English

Nice to have

Fluency in Russian
Fluency in Spanish
Fluency in Portuguese
