What you will do
- Partner with HR business partners on program rollouts and ongoing process execution
- Analyse HR data such as headcount, attrition and performance to produce insights and reports for leadership
- Manage performance management cases end to end, ensuring fair and timely outcomes
- Coach managers through performance processes with advice and documentation support
- Support business-led initiatives such as reorganisations and role or level assessments
- Coordinate with talent, IT, employee relations, operations, compliance, recruiting and compensation stakeholders
