People Operations Lead

About the role

You will own the internal operating system of a fast-growing remote company, from onboarding and feedback to reviews and company meetings. The role also covers ambiguous internal projects that need an owner.

What you will do

• Build a consistent progression and banding system across every team
• Organize scorecards and feedback so they are used consistently
• Run the twice-yearly review and promotion cycle end to end
• Standardize onboarding, including 30-60-90 day plans and first-week setup
• Run all hands meetings from planning to follow-through
• Take on new internal initiatives such as legal, accounting or compliance work

• Ability to build processes that scale beyond a small team
• Comfort working directly with founders and department leads
• Strong follow-through on agreed actions
• Ability to handle ambiguous, high-leverage projects independently
