What you will do
- Coordinate monthly payroll by preparing and reviewing information with external providers
- Maintain employee data in the HR system and issue bonus and promotion letters
- Own onboarding and help with engagement initiatives and company events
- Prepare HR reports, support salary and bonus reviews, and improve HR processes
What they look for
- Three or more years in HR, people operations or a similar role
- Experience with German employment administration and payroll processes
- Fluent written and spoken English
- German at CEFR B2 level or above
- Strong organizational skills and close attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and handle confidential information
