People Partner (Europe)

About the role

You will partner with regional line managers across Europe on daily people operations, team development and culture initiatives, with a focus on engagement and manager coaching.

What you will do

• Coach regional line managers on everyday people issues, performance enablement and team leadership.
• Own the regional employee engagement survey, analyse results and help managers build action plans.
• Prepare and deliver internal training, manager enablement programmes and team alignment sessions.
• Use digital tools and AI solutions to streamline people processes and communication.

What they look for

• Three or more years as a people partner, HR business partner or senior HR generalist, ideally with regional or multi-site teams.
• Strong interest in learning and experimenting with AI tools to improve HR efficiency and decisions.
• Fluent English for training, coaching and communication across European teams.
• Proven experience supporting managers through people challenges and delivering core HR initiatives.
• Experience preparing and delivering internal training, workshops or manager coaching.
• Pragmatic approach to translating business goals into structured people initiatives.
