What you will do
- Shape campaign structures, targeting and audience strategies
- Control advertising budgets, spend allocation and pacing
- Improve CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS and conversion rates through testing
- Set up and verify conversion tracking and attribution
- Produce weekly and monthly performance reports with clear recommendations
What they look for
- Three or more years in performance marketing or paid media
- Experience managing substantial advertising budgets
- Understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, conversion tracking, attribution and campaign optimisation
- Proven success improving ROAS or acquisition efficiency
- Strong analytical skills and independent campaign management
