You are the first contact for people who have been injured and are seeking legal help, screening their cases and guiding qualified prospects through intake. The role is high volume and remote, with speed and empathy both essential.
What you will do
- Handle inbound calls, online enquiries and referrals as the first point of contact for prospective clients
- Screen matters such as vehicle and rideshare crashes, premises liability, slips and falls, dog bites and elder neglect
- Gather incident details, injuries, treatment, liability and insurance information to build an initial case picture
- Apply set intake criteria to flag viable, urgent, complex or high value matters for the legal team
- Follow up on pending leads, collect missing details and keep records current in Litify
- Hand off qualified cases promptly to attorneys, case managers and investigators while protecting client confidentiality
What they look for
- One to three years in personal injury intake, legal intake or another high volume client intake setting
- Hands on experience with personal injury intake specifically
- Knowledge of US plaintiff side personal injury work, including auto accidents, premises liability, slips and falls and dog bites
