Senior Sage X3 Operational Consultant

About the role

The consultant leads the operations side of Sage X3 implementations, guiding clients through requirements, configuration and go live while acting as a trusted advisor.

What you will do

• Lead requirements gathering and design for the operations modules of Sage X3 projects
• Guide configuration, training, testing and go live activities for medium complexity engagements
• Resolve functional questions independently and escalate only when needed
• Report status, risks and issues to project managers and architects
• Coach team members and check quality against the firm's implementation methodology
• Negotiate resolutions to business and process issues with client stakeholders

What they look for

• Eight or more years of ERP implementation experience
• At least three years implementing Sage X3
• Ability to describe end to end business processes and their integration points
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and within a team

Nice to have

• Sage X3 Manufacturing certification, or willingness to earn it
• Additional certifications
• Prior professional services consulting experience
• Experience leading group design discussions
