Personal Injury Intake Specialist

About the role

Serve as the first contact for prospective personal injury clients at a U.S. law firm, screening cases and guiding qualified prospects through intake.

What you will do

• Act as first point of contact for prospects arriving by phone, online or referral
• Screen cases such as vehicle and rideshare accidents, premises liability, slip-and-fall, dog bites and elder abuse
• Gather incident details, injuries, treatment, liability and insurance information for evaluation
• Apply intake criteria to flag urgent, complex or high-value matters for escalation
• Follow up on pending leads and obtain missing information
• Keep intake records, call logs and case notes current in Litify and hand off cases to legal teams

What they look for

• One to three years in personal injury intake, legal intake or a similar high-volume client intake setting
• Direct experience with personal injury intake
• Empathy and clear communication in sensitive or stressful conversations
• Judgment to recognize urgent or complex matters

Pay

USD 1,000 to 1,300 per month
