Personal Injury Intake Specialist

About the role

You would be the first contact for people who have been hurt and are considering legal help, screening their situations for a U.S. personal injury practice. Speed and compassion both count in this high volume role.

What you will do

• Take inbound calls, online enquiries and referrals as the first point of contact for prospective clients
• Run structured screenings covering car and rideshare crashes, property accidents, falls, bites and elder neglect
• Collect incident facts, injuries, treatment, liability and insurance details to build an initial case picture
• Apply set intake criteria to spot urgent, complex or high value matters and escalate them
• Keep records, call logs and notes current in Litify and chase pending leads for missing details
• Hand cases off to attorneys, case managers and investigators so qualified matters move ahead

What they look for

• One to three years in personal injury intake, legal intake or another high volume client intake setting
• Direct experience screening personal injury matters
• Knowledge of U.S. plaintiff side personal injury work such as auto accidents, premises liability, falls and bites

Pay

USD 1,000 to 1,300 per month
