Physician AI Tutor (MD/DO) - Clinical Case Review, Remote

About the role

General and internal medicine doctors check whether benchmark questions are accurate, answerable and free of giveaways, then judge the reasoning behind each answer. Work is paid per accepted task and runs only while a project is active.

At a glance

What you will do

• Review clinical vignettes paired with a question, an answer and a misleading trap answer
• Score items on accuracy, completeness, answer correctness and trap quality
• Check that the reasoning reaches the answer from the vignette facts alone and correct it where needed
• Write short rationales for your judgements
• Take part in three independent blind reads, followed by physician adjudication

What they look for

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted US medical licence
• Board certification or completed residency, with recent direct patient care
• Broad diagnostic and treatment experience across body systems
• Strong clinical reasoning, including differential diagnosis and next-step management
• Written English at C1 level or above

Nice to have

• Prior work in medical AI evaluation, exam-question review or clinical annotation and QA
