  • Review EHR-style vignettes that come with a question, a proposed answer and a misleading trap answer
  • Rate each item on accuracy, completeness, whether the vignette leaks the answer, and how good the trap is
  • Trace the reasoning from the facts given, fix flawed reasoning steps and write short justifications
  • Take part in three independent blind reads followed by physician adjudication

  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted US licence, checked against the issuing board
  • Board certification or finished residency, plus recent hands-on patient care, ideally at attending level
  • Wide diagnostic and treatment experience in internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine
