What you will do
- Assess EHR case vignettes that come with a question, a suggested answer and a misleading option
- Rate benchmark items for clinical reasoning, including case accuracy and whether the answer is revealed
- Verify that reasoning steps lead to the answer using only the case facts, and fix traces
- Write brief justifications for the assessments made
- Take part in three separate blind reviews followed by physician adjudication

- MD or DO degree plus a current unrestricted US medical license
- Board certification or completed residency, with recent hands-on patient care
- Wide diagnostic and treatment experience across body systems in internal, family, emergency or hospital medicine
- Solid clinical reasoning in differential diagnosis, next steps and evidence-based guidelines
- Written English at C1 level or above
Nice to have
- Background in medical AI review, clinical content or exam question checking, or medical annotation and QA
