Own the technical side of presales across a French territory, partnering with account executives on discovery, architecture, demos and proofs of concept.

What you will do
- Lead the technical relationship in the territory, from discovery and architecture to demos and technical closure
- Drive activity in large accounts, finding new use cases and creating opportunities
- Position services and consumption models credibly with both IT and finance stakeholders
- Work closely with account executives and regional channel partners
- Handle technical responses to RFPs and RFIs
- Share knowledge and wins as part of a national systems engineer team

- Five or more years in field presales, systems engineering or solutions engineering, ideally with territory scope
- Solid grounding in compute, virtualisation, networking and data protection
- Experience selling services, subscription or consumption models
- A senior, autonomous working style with initiative and self-managed agenda
- Quick learner who enjoys finding new use cases for technology
- Based in or near Marseille or Aix-en-Provence with a driving licence, fluent French and professional English
Nice to have
- Enterprise storage experience across SAN, NAS, object and data protection
- Existing relationships with IT teams in the region
