What you will do
- Bring racked, powered and cabled AI clusters through to production readiness and customer handoff
- Set and check baselines across BIOS/BMC, firmware, GPU drivers, OS and cluster software
- Run automated bare-metal provisioning and node lifecycle workflows at scale
- Tune and debug Linux and GPU hosts, including kernel, driver and accelerator settings
- Run acceptance tests and track defects through to verified remediation

- Strong Linux and GPU systems background at senior or principal level
- Experience integrating Kubernetes and Slurm with platform and networking teams
- Skill with NVIDIA Field Diagnostics, burn-in and hardware health checks
- Ability to read NCCL tests, GPU benchmarks and distributed workload results
- Troubleshooting of NVLink, PCIe, RDMA and InfiniBand or Ethernet performance issues
