What you will do
- Manage project initiatives that are strategically important to the organisation
- Run customer workshops and design digital bot flows following product best practices
- Design, build and maintain routing applications for virtual and agentic agents
- Produce accurate development effort estimates together with managers
- Lead team delivery and drive user story creation with product owners and scrum masters
- Create and run test scripts, supporting UAT and QA with existing logging and reporting tools
