  • Design end-to-end architecture across CRM, billing, marketing ops, revenue and middleware
  • Set the target-state architecture and a sequenced roadmap other teams deliver within
  • Lead legacy modernization, including retiring the old CRM and moving billing integration ownership into Salesforce Lightning
  • Run technical due diligence on platform decisions: build, buy, retire or replatform
  • Write solution designs and build specs, then support developers and admins during implementation
  • Keep system diagrams, integration maps and decision records current
