What you will do

• Find gaps in how the business frames problems and propose fixes
• Design experiments from A/B tests to causal inference
• Build and own forecasting, spend allocation and attribution tools used across the team
• Partner with stakeholders to turn open questions into solutions

What they look for

• Deep technical grounding in experimentation and causal methods
• Judgment about which problems need rigor and which need context first
• Comfort working through ambiguity with product, finance and ML leaders
• Experience building analytical tools others rely on
