- Work with engineering, machine learning and data science teams to set model objectives, design experiments and iterate on deployments
- Extend optimization to more advertiser goals, formats and surfaces such as clicks, leads, purchases, app installs, video and search ads
- Turn complex optimization capabilities into intuitive advertiser products such as auto bidding
- Balance advertiser performance, revenue, delivery efficiency and user experience, and align senior stakeholders on decisions
