Principal Product Manager, Commercial Lead

About the role

Kitchens under pressure need tickets routed to the right station and orders sequenced well. This role sets the direction for that product across small, enterprise and international restaurant segments.

At a glance

What you will do

• Set the product strategy for the kitchen display system, covering enterprise workflows, data, small business growth and the AI roadmap.
• Decide where agentic AI earns its place in a kitchen, such as prep time changes from live order load or automatic configuration tied to labo
• Run delivery end to end, working with large restaurant groups to turn complex workflow needs into product decisions.
• Define what kitchen efficiency insights look like for operators of every size, from API analytics to simple reports.
• Build and test the business case for long-term bets on the next generation of the product.

What they look for

• Experience owning product strategy for a complex product where operations matter, ideally across hardware and software or in food and bevera
• A knack for spotting the next meaningful bet, making the case and carrying it from idea to conviction.
• A clear view on where autonomous AI action helps in operational settings and where it adds risk.
• A record of working with enterprise customers and turning detailed workflow needs into decisions that scale past one account.
• Instinct for small restaurant operators, including kitchens with no analyst or IT staff.
