  • Own the most complex and escalated enterprise deployments and go-lives
  • Set the roadmap for program tooling and infrastructure
  • Define and maintain the playbook and quality standards across the practice
  • Turn patterns in failures and escalations into playbook and tooling changes
  • Mentor core team engineers and rotating staff, and work with product and customer success leaders
