You will take full ownership of a multi-sided marketplace product serving the healthcare sector, using AI to cut manual coordination. The role is hands-on and outcome focused, working closely with leadership and the marketplace business team.
What you will do
- Own a core marketplace product from discovery through launch and ongoing iteration
- Study supply, demand, liquidity, matching, incentives and trust across the marketplace
- Spot operational workflows that AI can improve or automate
- Build and deploy AI agents that cut manual coordination and raise marketplace efficiency
- Set priorities from user behaviour, operational data and measurable business results
What they look for
- At least four years in product management on marketplaces, platforms or multi-sided products
- Solid grasp of marketplace concepts such as supply, demand, liquidity, matching, incentives and trust
- Practical experience putting AI agents into live operational workflows
- Regular direct work with users and enterprise customers
- Comfort with field research and turning operational problems into product solutions
- Fluent Spanish and strong analytical and product judgment
