- Contribute creatively to the institute's scientific direction by proposing and advancing bold research opportunities
- Design and run research programs using mass spectrometry to address biological questions and enable new therapeutic modalities
- Develop and apply mass spectrometry workflows for screening, proteomics, target identification, engagement and mechanism-of-action studies
- Evaluate and implement emerging mass spectrometry technologies to expand capabilities
- Lead operation and continuous improvement of mass spectrometry platforms to ensure robust performance and quality data
- Analyze and communicate complex datasets, partnering with biology and chemistry scientists on analytical strategies
