A commercial client success role helping insurance carriers get value from third-party casualty solutions, driving adoption and measurable claims outcomes. Multiple roles exist across levels, with account assignments set by business need.

What you will do

Build expertise in third-party casualty claims operations and the company's solutions
Drive customer adoption, utilization and measurable business value
Spot workflow inefficiencies and improvement opportunities addressable through technology
Show ROI by tying solution capabilities to customer objectives and claims metrics
Advise on workflow optimization, claims transformation and solution expansion
Work with sales, product, analytics and other teams on account strategy

Deep knowledge of liability claims handling, casualty workflows, litigation and medical management, and carrier operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills turning data into insights
Excellent relationship building, communication and consultative skills with executives
