Strategy & Operations Manager

About the role

Leads growth work by improving operations, executing strategy and running cross-functional projects. Turns business needs into clear requirements and sees initiatives through from discovery to ongoing refinement.

What you will do

• Spot new business chances, sharpen current products and assess performance to find growth and efficiency gains
• Convert business goals into project plans, product requirements, user stories and success measures
• Review processes, products and workflows to surface bottlenecks and optimization opportunities
• Own cross-functional efforts from problem framing and requirements through launch and post-launch review
• Work with product, engineering and business partners to set priorities and resolve dependencies
• Build business cases from data and track results against agreed success metrics

What they look for

• Six or more years in strategy, operations, product management, business analysis, consulting or a fast-growing fintech setting
• Track record running cross-functional projects and taking initiatives from concept to execution
• Strong product management abilities: gathering requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria and prioritizing work
• Analytical and problem-solving skills that turn ambiguous business problems into structured plans
• Experience using data to judge performance, find improvements and measure impact
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
