What you will do
- Talk with the customer to pin down needs, priorities and what success looks like
- Act as proxy product owner and make day-to-day product calls
- Run the requirements process from start to finish and keep the backlog refined
- Support refinement and clarification sessions with engineering teams
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria and business rules, and keep BA docs current
- Join Agile ceremonies, support demos and acceptance, and help improve process

- Track record managing backlogs, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Comfortable working directly with customers and running requirements discussions

- Balances business value, user needs, priorities and technical limits
Nice to have
- Has acted as proxy product owner or product owner before
- Hands-on with AI-assisted or AI-driven development
- Worked with enterprise platforms and many third-party integrations
