Act as the technical implementation partner for customers in regulated engineering sectors. Learn their development workflows and turn requirements into scalable platform configurations.

What you will do
- Guide customers from first demo through trial use to productive rollout
- Lead implementation projects, set milestones and translate needs into feature requests
- Map regulatory, compliance and engineering processes onto efficient platform configurations
- Grow accounts by spotting expansion and upselling chances with the sales team
- Resolve customer issues with product and engineering and feed feedback into the roadmap

- At least three years at the interface of regulation and engineering, such as product compliance or technical consulting
- Confidence communicating with engineers, compliance specialists and management
- High ownership and comfort driving projects independently
- Willingness to travel worldwide about 20 percent of the time
- Fluent German and English at C1 level
