Product Designer

About the role

A hands-on product design role focused on making complex software clear and usable, carrying work from problem understanding through implementation and review. Open to junior, mid-level and senior candidates.

What you will do

• Learn user goals, where the experience fails, and which problems matter most, using research, feedback and usage data
• Map flows and build designs and prototypes in Figma, covering permissions, empty states, errors and edge cases
• Design layouts, hierarchy, responsive behaviour and accessible interactions, and write labels, instructions and warnings
• Reuse existing design system components, flag when new patterns are needed, and keep Figma aligned with the built product
• Explore options, explain tradeoffs, agree scope with teammates, and document behaviour and decisions clearly
• Review implementations with the team, spot confusing interactions, and seek critique early

Pay

USD 70,000 to 125,000 per year
