Product Designer

About the role

Own product design from problem definition through launch and refinement, working closely with product and engineering on clinical, education and entertainment software used daily by real teams.

What you will do

• Own design work end to end, from early exploration to launch and later iteration
• Design across web apps, native iOS and Android, embeddable widgets and user portals
• Maintain and evolve Figma libraries so components and variables stay usable
• Prototype close to code and produce testable artifacts where useful
• Communicate asynchronously through decks, recorded walkthroughs, specs and comments
• Review builds with engineers and judge when pixel fidelity matters

What they look for

• Three or more years of product design experience, ideally in SaaS or application heavy settings
• Fluency in Figma including components, autolayout, variables, prototyping and dev mode
• Comfort with both rough flow mapping and pixel level interface work
• Strong product instinct for spotting when a feature heads the wrong way
• Ability to manage priorities across several product areas
