What you will do

  • Map workflows with department leaders and frontline staff, then define and validate solutions
  • Own the roadmap and backlog with the VP, making scope, cost and delivery tradeoffs clear
  • Lead a distributed team and outside partners, setting working-hour overlap and written handoffs
  • Build production AI and integrations with LangGraph, APIs and MCP, including approvals and permissions
  • Own testing, release readiness, adoption and monitoring, and measure business results
