What you will do
- Set the product vision, strategic bets and outcome focused roadmap for loyalty and commerce across web and app
- Guide the full lifecycle from discovery and requirements through design, development, testing, launch and iteration
- Lead prioritization, sequencing and trade off calls inside a cross functional pod
- Track success through outcome based OKRs and metrics such as enrollments, engagement, retention and lifetime value
- Coordinate business analysts and developers assigned to the pod and clarify scope and acceptance criteria
