Product Manager, AI

About the role

You will lead AI product work for a trading platform, turning large model and generative recommendation technology into features that lift user conversion and trading activity. The role covers planning through iteration of intelligent trading experiences.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver AI products for trading, such as model-driven recommendations, decision support, signals and tailored investment insights
• Study trader needs and pain points, then design features that combine language models, recommendation systems and natural language processin
• Replace rule-based suggestions with generative, personalised recommendation experiences powered by large models
• Set and maintain the AI roadmap with near, medium and long term goals, owning outcomes from first launch to scale
• Coordinate with algorithm, backend, frontend and data colleagues through prompt engineering, retrieval augmentation, evaluation and A/B test
• Build evaluation frameworks using quantitative and qualitative analysis, tracking accuracy, adoption, conversion and satisfaction

What they look for

• Five or more years in product management, with at least two of them on AI or large model products
• Solid grasp of large language models, generative AI and recommendation systems, including their principles and limits
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval augmented generation and vector retrieval
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and BI tools, able to design tracking and A/B tests independently

Nice to have

• Background in finance, securities, trading or wealth management
• Knowledge of recommendation fundamentals such as recall, ranking and cold start
• Experience with or understanding of generative recommendation built on large models
