Digital Marketing and Operations Coordinator

About the role

You will make sure client marketing work across social, email, websites and business profiles goes out accurate and on time. You report straight to the founder in a small fully remote agency.

What you will do

• Create, schedule and publish social content for several client accounts
• Design graphics, carousels and reels in Canva from approved brand assets
• Build and send email campaigns using platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo or ActiveCampaign
• Update WordPress sites, publish blog posts and help improve landing pages
• Maintain and optimise Google Business Profiles and prepare client performance reports
• Support paid search and social campaigns plus SEO, run quality checks and keep trackers current

What they look for

• Strong Canva skills and hands-on management of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Experience with WordPress and email marketing platforms
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Clear, proactive remote communication, flagging blockers and juggling several deadlines
