Product Manager

About the role

Lead discovery, prioritisation and delivery for a suite of daily safety operations products, including tools that support student movement through the school day and an anonymous tipping service.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap and shape product direction for the daily safety operations suite
• Lead discovery with customers, users and stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insight
• Turn user needs and business goals into requirements, user stories and success criteria
• Partner with engineering and product design to ship intuitive, reliable software
• Prioritise work by customer impact, business value, feasibility and strategic fit
• Coordinate releases and launches across sales, customer success and operations

What they look for

• Seven or more years of product management experience, focused on building and scaling software
• Ability to grasp complex workflows, integrations and technical constraints
• Strong problem solving that turns ambiguous problems into clear decisions and measurable outcomes
• Clear written and verbal communication across functions
• Comfort in a high-growth setting with shifting priorities and incomplete information
