Product Marketing Manager, R&D

About the role

Lead zero-to-one creation of subscription products, from niche research to scaling, in an autonomous role supported by AI tooling. Own growth across acquisition, funnel, monetization and product.

What you will do

• Drive end-to-end launch of new subscription solutions, from early research to scalable unit economics
• Manage the full customer lifecycle using the AARRR framework and connect paid acquisition to product value
• Own profit and loss results and key growth metrics for new products
• Scale user acquisition with Meta campaigns and creative production, aided by automation and AI tools
• Improve the web funnel and monetization by forming hypotheses and running tests
• Study product and marketing performance to find repeatable growth loops

What they look for

• At least three years in product marketing, growth or performance marketing for B2C in Tier-1 markets
• Track record of working effectively with AI-driven, multi-agent workflows
• Solid grasp of performance marketing methods, especially Meta Ads
• Hands-on experience implementing B2C growth strategy for US and European audiences
• Experience owning a profit and loss account
• Strong analytics skills to interpret large data sets, check AI-derived insights and turn them into action
