Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Own go-to-market strategy and product adoption for a portfolio of legal software products, shaping messaging and launches that help customers work more effectively.

What you will do

• Lead go-to-market and adoption efforts for assigned product portfolios, including launches and enablement programs
• Work with product counterparts to plan how new features reach the market
• Equip sales, support, customer success and other internal teams to tell a compelling product story
• Craft differentiated messaging, campaigns and tactical plans that lift adoption and retention
• Gather customer feedback and market intelligence, run experiments and share findings across teams
• Track marketing performance and key metrics while staying close to product line results

What they look for

• At least two to four years of experience in SaaS release marketing
• Able to build and execute customer focused marketing strategies grounded in data
• Comfortable interpreting product and audience data to shape campaigns
• Skilled at explaining complex products in a compelling way
• Proactive in meeting timelines and deadlines with a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across functions
